Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse units (ER, Med-Surg, ICU)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care plans in EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid intervention
- Mentor new staff and uphold regulatory compliance
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Missouri RN license (compact license acceptable)
- BSN or associate degree with 2+ years clinical experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required (TNCC preferred)
- Strong assessment skills and critical thinking abilities
- Experience with Epic EHR systems
- Ability to work independently and in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills
