Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status, promptly identifying and reporting any changes to the nursing team.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, interventions, and outcomes.

Qualifications
