Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in our advanced telemetry unit
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals using electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Implement patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with JCAHO standards
- Participate in weekend shift emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Active Colorado RN license (Compact State preferred)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years acute care nursing experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Experience with Epic EHR system
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Availability for every weekend shift (Fri-Sun)
