Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility support and transfer techniques
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Monitor vital signs and document client progress accurately
- Administer prescribed medications under supervision
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized client environment
Qualifications
- Washington State HHA certification required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Washington driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform client transfers and lifting
