Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond immediately to any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently in electronic health records.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays as required.
