Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a fast-paced acute care setting.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions, documenting all findings accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and healing environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nevada.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, preferably in an acute setting.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
