Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and report significant changes to the attending physician immediately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Document patient interactions and clinical updates accurately and timely.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and healing environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license issued by the California Board of Nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
