Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and physical assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in strict accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Document patient assessments, care plans, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changing patient conditions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- Professional demeanor and unwavering commitment to patient privacy and safety.
