Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on clinical needs.
- Administer medications and treatments with strict adherence to safety protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond immediately to any changes in clinical condition.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, assessments, and care outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Provide emotional support and health education to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in Florida.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
