Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately according to established medical protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and critical situations to ensure patient safety.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and health maintenance.
- Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge procedures to ensure smooth patient flow.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred, especially in medical/surgical or telemetry units.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations as required.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and patient advocacy.
