Responsibilities
- Provide remote patient assessments via telehealth platform
- Coordinate care plans for weekend patient population
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document clinical notes accurately in EMR systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Indiana (or compact state)
- 2+ years clinical nursing experience
- Weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun)
- Telehealth or remote care experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Proficient with EMR systems
- Ability to work independently
