Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality telehealth nursing care via secure virtual platforms
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Provide patient education on chronic disease management and wellness
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care continuity
- Document all patient interactions accurately in EMR systems
- Respond to urgent patient inquiries during assigned weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (TX RN)
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- Telehealth or virtual care certification preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency with EMR systems and telehealth technology
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently during remote weekend shifts
- Strong attention to detail in documentation
