Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care assessment and treatment planning for weekend shift patients
- Utilize telehealth platforms for remote patient monitoring and virtual consultations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care across settings
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Document electronic health records accurately and in compliance with HIPAA
- Respond to urgent patient inquiries during weekend shifts via telehealth channels
- Maintain infection control standards in both clinical and remote environments
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington state
- BSN degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency with telehealth technology (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong communication skills for virtual patient interactions
- Experience with Epic or similar EHR systems
