Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend shifts with remote oversight capabilities
- Coordinate care plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams via telehealth platforms
- Monitor patient vitals and medication adherence through remote monitoring systems
- Document clinical notes accurately in Epic EHR during inpatient and virtual encounters
- Provide patient education and health coaching via telehealth modalities
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment and intervention protocols
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards for remote care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina (or compact state)
- BSN degree with 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
- Weekend shift availability (Saturday/Sunday, 12-hour shifts)
- Experience with telehealth platforms and remote patient monitoring
- BLS/CPR certification and ACLS preferred
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
