Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care via telehealth and remote monitoring platforms
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document clinical assessments and interventions accurately in EHR systems
- Provide health education and discharge planning support
- Respond to patient inquiries and escalate critical issues appropriately
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations as required
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida (or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care or telehealth nursing experience
- BSN preferred (ADN candidates with relevant experience considered)
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- Proficiency with telehealth technology (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell)
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
