Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments and care plans
- Administer medications with precision and documentation
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams
- Implement evidence-based clinical practices
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance protocols

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nevada (or compact state)
- BSN or associate degree with 2+ years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong EHR proficiency (EPIC/Meditech preferred)
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
- Experience with telemetry or ICU preferred
