Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in acute care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Implement patient safety protocols and infection control measures
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Respond to emergency situations with rapid assessment
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license (compact state candidates eligible)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN with 2+ years experience accepted)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Weekend shift availability mandatory
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
