Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans for the weekend population.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond immediately to any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient transitions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and care provided.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and rotating holidays.
