Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Monitor patient vitals and response to treatment, responding promptly to any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document all clinical findings, care interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Missouri.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Weekend availability is mandatory.
