Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care and monitoring during weekend shifts.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning as needed.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Florida required.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required (PALS preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills and electronic health record (EHR) proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, flexible schedule.
