Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care and clinical assessment during weekend shifts.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and document updates in electronic health records (EHR) in real-time.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment while strictly adhering to infection control and safety regulations.
- Educate patients and families regarding post-discharge care and health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Nevada.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, with a preference for medical-surgical or acute care settings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and perform effectively under pressure during emergencies.
