Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care during weekends and holidays.
- Monitor patient vitals and report significant changes to physicians.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (FL or NY).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- ACLS certification preferred for cardiac units.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
