Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in clinical settings including assessments, treatment administration, and medication management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-treatment care
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety regulations
- Assist in emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions

Qualifications
- Current RN license in Minnesota with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum 2 years of acute care or specialty nursing experience
- BLS/CPR certification and ACLS preferred
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Minnesota driver's license for facility travel
