Responsibilities
- Delicate direct patient care in acute/critical care settings
- Administer medications & treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor vital signs & document EHR entries with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients/families on health management
- Adhere to infection control & safety standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active DC RN license required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- BLS/ACLS certifications mandatory
- 2+ years acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking & communication skills
- Electronic health record proficiency
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts/nights/weekends
