Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately and promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Provide patient and family education on health management and preventive care
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process enhancements
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Indiana or compact state
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg preferred)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required; additional certifications a plus
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems (EHR)
