Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in clinical settings including assessments, medication administration, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care coordination
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols and safety regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license in good standing
- BSN or associate degree in nursing with 1+ years clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
