Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg units
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies with precision and compassion
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and rapid response calls
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license (or compact license) in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and rotating shifts
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
