Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in diverse clinical settings including hospitals, clinics, and specialty units
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with JCAHO standards
- Provide patient education and emotional support to promote health literacy
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and infection control protocols
- Respond rapidly to emergent situations using advanced clinical assessment skills
Qualifications
- Active California RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience in relevant specialty
- BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Flexibility to work 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts including weekends
- Passionate about patient advocacy and quality care delivery
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
