Responsibilities
- Perform routine vital signs and health assessments for patients of all ages.
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist physicians during clinical procedures.
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) accurately and maintain strict patient confidentiality.
- Assist with basic laboratory tasks, including phlebotomy and specimen collection.
- Coordinate patient appointments, prescription refills, and specialist referrals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Certification as a CMA, RMA, or MA (National Certified) preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
