Responsibilities
- Delicate patient assessments and comprehensive care planning in acute care settings
- Administer medications with precision and maintain accurate electronic health records
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes

- Provide patient/family education on treatment plans and health maintenance

Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license with no disciplinary actions
- BSN preferred (ADN with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS/NRP a plus)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience in relevant specialty
- Electronic health record proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
