Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on clinical needs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies with precision, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and medical status continuously, responding promptly to any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient history, treatments, and progress accurately in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, post-care management, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois.
- BSN preferred, but ADN with relevant experience will be considered.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Strong clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
