Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-discharge care.
- Document patient progress, changes in condition, and care provided accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the multidisciplinary care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Ohio Board of Nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (New Graduates with excellent clinical rotation experience are encouraged to apply).
