Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team immediately.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately in electronic health records.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff.
- Respond to medical emergencies with composure and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arizona.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred (new grads welcome with specialized training).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of patients.
