Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute and chronic settings
- Administer medications and monitor treatment efficacy
- Document patient progress using electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active WI RN license required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- 2+ years clinical nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
