Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings including assessment, medication administration, and treatment implementation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records with precision
- Administer medications and therapeutic treatments per physician orders
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge protocols

Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience (ER, ICU, Med-Surg preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment skills
- Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
- Ability to adapt quickly to new healthcare environments
