Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and clinical assessment in a fast-paced medical environment.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions to ensure immediate response to changes.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
- Document patient history, treatment plans, and progress accurately in electronic health records.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Nebraska.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred (New grads welcome with appropriate training).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
