Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate direct patient care and clinical assessment.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with nursing standards and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vitals and conditions, documenting changes and alerting the care team immediately.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and electronic health documentation.
- Support a positive and safe hospital environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
