Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vitals and conditions, documenting all observations and changes accurately and timely.
- Provide patient education and discharge planning to ensure continuity of care after discharge.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized nursing unit environment.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting preferred.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
