Job Summary
The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes. You will work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Assessment: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Medication Management: Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Documentation: Maintain precise and timely medical records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications
- Licensure: Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required; PALS and NRP preferred based on unit.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience (Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, or ICU preferred).
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, time management, and communication skills.
- Computer Proficiency: Ability to navigate electronic health records (EHR) systems efficiently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift patients, and respond to urgent situations.
