Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with established medical protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in health status to the healthcare team immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient medical histories, symptoms, treatment progress, and responses accurately and timely.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by following hospital sanitation and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting (ICU experience preferred).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
