Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute care settings with precise medication administration and treatment protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments and progress using EMR systems (Epic, Cerner)
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations with swift clinical interventions

Qualifications
- Active California RN license with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum 1 year of acute care experience in hospital or clinic setting
- BLS certification with ACLS preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and clinical documentation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid California driver's license for travel between facilities
