Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
- Develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans based on clinical observations.
- Document all patient care activities, clinical notes, and treatment plans accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
