Your Role
As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. You will utilize your expertise to assess patient needs, implement care plans, and advocate for the well-being of those under your charge.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and medical status, responding immediately to any changes or emergencies.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the broader interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
