Responsibilities
- Provide virtual companionship and emotional support via video calls and messaging platforms
- Monitor client health status through remote health tracking devices
- Coordinate medication reminders and schedule management
- Facilitate virtual social activities and cognitive engagement programs
- Collaborate with care teams and family members via digital care platforms
- Document care notes and maintain accurate electronic records
- Respond to emergency protocols and coordinate in-person support when needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience (home health, CNA, or equivalent)
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient with telehealth technology (Zoom, tablets, health apps)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills and empathy for seniors
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screen
- Experience with chronic condition management (diabetes, dementia, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills for remote workflow management
