Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual companionship and emotional support via scheduled video calls and messaging
- Monitor client health status and document vital signs using digital platforms
- Assist with medication reminders and coordinate prescription refills
- Coordinate telehealth appointments and communicate with healthcare providers
- Provide tech support for seniors using digital health tools
- Create personalized care plans and update progress notes in our secure system
- Respond to client inquiries and emergencies through our 24/7 support portal
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving or healthcare experience
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital communication tools

- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
