Responsibilities
- Conduct daily virtual wellness checks via video calls
- Coordinate medication schedules and prescription refills
- Assist with telehealth appointments and medical documentation
- Provide remote companionship and emotional support
- Coordinate in-home services with local care partners
- Maintain detailed client care logs in our digital platform
- Act as primary communication hub between families and clients
Qualifications
- 1+ years caregiver or healthcare experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable internet
- CPR/First Aid certification (training provided)
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms (Zoom, Doxy)
- Exceptional communication and empathy skills
- Ability to handle emergency protocols remotely
- Pass background check and drug screening
