Responsibilities
- Provide virtual companionship and emotional support via video calls and messaging
- Assist with medication reminders and health monitoring through our digital platform
- Coordinate telehealth appointments and facilitate communication with medical providers
- Create personalized care plans and update progress notes in our secure system
- Offer crisis intervention and emergency response protocols when needed
- Participate in ongoing training and care team collaboration sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience or relevant certification
- Strong technology skills with ability to use telehealth platforms and apps
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable internet connection
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication skills and empathy for elderly clients
- Ability to pass comprehensive background and drug screening
- Experience working with seniors with dementia or chronic conditions preferred
