Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient assessments and health screenings via telehealth platform
- Coordinate medication administration and provide patient education remotely
- Monitor vital signs and track patient progress using digital health tools

Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in the state of Texas
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in healthcare setting
