Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive chart reviews and validate patient documentation with precision.
- Conduct virtual patient triage and provide accurate health assessments via secure platforms.
- Communicate findings and care instructions to remote patients and healthcare teams effectively.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
- Update electronic health records (EHR) accurately and timely.

Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required by state of Indiana.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
