Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate virtual patient support via telehealth platforms
- Assist with remote health monitoring and medication reminders
- Document patient care electronically using our EMR system
- Collaborate with RNs and care coordinators during virtual rounds
- Support in-person patient care during on-site clinical rotations
- Participate in continuous virtual training and skill development

Qualifications
